How it started
Built on kitchen-table honesty.
PKSH began with a frustration many Welkom homeowners know well: agents who over-promise on price to win a listing, then disappear when the hard work starts. We knew there was a better way in our own city.
So we built an agency around three things. Telling the truth about price. Doing the marketing properly. Staying reachable from the first valuation to the day the keys change hands.
